Jo appreciates that it can be difficult for businesses to ensure that they are fully compliant with their legal obligations and Jo is frequently called upon to assist clients with award coverage advice, interpreting award or enterprise-agreement terms, assisting clients to undertake pay reviews and any subsequent enforcement actions. Clients appreciate the way that Jo can simplify complexity and deliver manageable solutions.

Jo is also a skilled drafter and has a wealth of experience in drafting enterprise agreements and in guiding employers through all aspects of making and negotiating an enterprise agreement – including the approvals process.

Jo is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as well as the Federal and High Courts of Australia.
