Rohan is a go-to for senior management and People teams when rolling out potentially contentious transformation projects and making high-risk decisions. Rohan also leads clients through the employment claims process across all jurisdictions, including the Fair Work Commission, state and federal courts and industrial tribunals.

Clients rely on Rohan’s ability to distil legal obligations into operational use. Throughout his career he has held several in-house senior management roles and therefore has an appreciation of operational tensions and the importance of clear communication. Rohan has worked in private legal practice since 2008 and he has also held Victorian Public Service executive roles in industrial relations and workplace safety.

Rohan is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria as well as the Federal and High Courts of Australia.
