Paul has balanced experience advising and representing both employees and employers regarding their employment rights.
Paul developed his passion for employment law from volunteering in the community legal sector prior to being admitted to legal practice in 2018.
Paul’s experience and interest in employment law is primarily in the areas of disputes, such as unfair dismissals, general protections, bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment and underpayment claims from the initial stages to mediation and up to a final hearing. Paul also has experience with regulatory compliance, underpayment calculations, award interpretation and pay reviews, as well as general employment advice.
Paul brings a supportive approach and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients, often in the face of challenging circumstances.
