Skilled in all matters of employment, industrial relations, and occupational health & safety law, Som has a depth of knowledge and experience in corporate law aspects of the employment practice, such as M&A transactions, drafting and interpreting corporate bonus or share schemes, and advising businesses on the engagement of directors and contractors.

His recent experiences include advising a multinational employer in relation to rectifying employee underpayments, acting for an employer under investigation by WorkSafe in connection with a workplace death, and advising an employer on the drafting of non-compete arrangements in their employment contracts.

Outside of work, Som enjoys yoga, and seeing live music and theatre productions.
